The World Famous
Black Horse Music Festival 2008 will celebrate its
eXtravaganza at The Black Horse, Telham on the A2100 between
Hastings and Battle from Friday, May 23rd to Monday, May 26th

During the year Telham is a hamlet with a pub, a church, and a
few houses and cottages in an ideal and picturesque setting. Each year for the
past nineteen years, during the Bank Holiday at the end of May, thousands of
music lovers arrive to enjoy four days of fun and good music in a huge marquee
in a small field at the rear of The Black Horse Inn.

artistes from around the World!
Black Horse Festival is a non-profit making organisation and at this year's
Festival there will be collections for St. Michael's Hospice.
our Folk Day on Saturday May 26th 2007 we have our biggest array of acts ever,
including Waterson Carthy, Norma Waterson, Martin Carthy, Eliza Carthy, Saul
Rose, Titus, Band of Two, The Fold, Waking The Witch, The Simon Hopper Band,
Logan Wilson, Queensberry Rules, Kokopelli and Bit On The Side - are just some
of the acts you can enjoy on The Main Stage, The Club in the Pub, workshops and
sessions. Again, an All Day Saturday ticket at only £16 is recommended!
During our The World Music Day on Sunday May 27th 2007 Festival
goers can see Boum! from France and Daby Toure who is flying in from France for
this, his only date. Baka Beyond and Osibisa are also amongst the acts on our
stage. An All Day Sunday ticket at only £18 is recommended!
